I appreciate Lauren’s candor and esp. the fact that she is so knowledgeable not only about her own issues, but PPMDs in general. Clarifying the difference between PPP and PPOCD is really key to helping mothers identify and take care of themselves when struggling with these devastating conditions at a vulnerable time in their lives postpartum.
